Global Group U.S. LLC is a promotional and referral service that connects businesses with affiliates who offer branding and media services. We do not execute any branding or media services ourselves, nor do we collect any funds directly from clients or prospects. Our role is solely to refer potential opportunities to our affiliates, who will then handle the execution of any services and payments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, for any reason that does not violate applicable laws. This policy is in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.

We are not a lender. We do make offers of credit or guarantee approval for any offer from a lender. We cannot guarantee a 0% APR on any product from a lender. Introductory 0% APR may apply to purchases or balance transfers, but it will eventually revert to a variable interest rate. The availability of 0% APR is subject to lender approval and each lender's terms as disclosed in their lending agreement, which will typically include a minimum monthly payment. Completing and submitting your pre qualification application does not affect your personal credit score. However, depending on the financing option you choose, a hard credit inquiry may be required if you decide to move forward with an offer. This service may not be available in all states and is not offered to businesses and their owners who are located in North Dakota or Vermont.

2. Affiliate Relationships

We work with third-party affiliates who offer branding and media services. All transactions related to the execution of services, including but not limited to payment, contractual obligations, and service delivery, are between you and the affiliate. Global Group U.S. LLC is not responsible for any actions or omissions of our affiliates, and we do not bear any liability for the services rendered by them.

In no event will Global Group U.S. LLC, its affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services provided by affiliates.

We are not liable for any typographical, technical, or pricing errors contained in our advertising, marketing materials, or any information provided online. We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and to update or modify the information at our discretion, without prior notice.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Group U.S. LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, or (d) any content you submit, post, or otherwise transmit via the Site.

6. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

By using the Site and engaging in any services referred by Global Group U.S. LLC, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or services referred to you shall be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and shall take place in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You further agree that any claims will be brought solely in your individual capacity, and not as a class action or any other type of representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative action.

The arbitration award will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You also agree to bear the costs of the arbitration and your own legal fees, except where the arbitrator determines otherwise.
